Andrea (Andy) Blair - Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences (GNS) Andy Blair joined GNS Science in April 2008, as the Geothermal Business Development Manager with her main focus on the acquisition and retention of commercial clients with specific emphasis on project co-ordination and professional interface between external clients and science section personnel. Originally trained in Forestry Science and involved in forest management planning and operations for 6 years, Andy has also had experience in the tourism sector as the General Manager of Kiwi Experience an iconic tourism transport business and CEO of a skydiving operation. Andy has coordinated geothermal geoscience projects across a number of countries including: New Zealand, Indonesia, Chile, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Pacific Islands, and the Philippines. |

Greg Stebbing - Independent Greg recently retired following 38 years working in the Timber Manufacturing and Forestry sector, primarily with Fletcher Challenge and then Carter Holt Harvey. His prime roles were in the Management Accounting and Commercial Management area with the last 6 years as Supply Chain Manager for the CHH Woodproducts division. This included heavy involvement in evaluation of investment/divestment decisions and Business Process improvement. Born and bred in Taupo with strong family ties to the town with his Grandfather having owned the general store at Oruanui in 1905. |
