"The ZOOM Recipe - Take everything you use on your computer at work, throw away your old server, add in the latest Microsoft software, have it all delivered from the internet at one flat rate per user per month price, and you have the ZOOM Business Desktop!"

No more servers

Because we have all the hardware to run ZOOM you no longer need to have your own server. This means you spend your capital where it should be spent – on your business. Likewise you will never need to buy another copy of Microsoft Office again, and you will always have access to the latest version at no extra cost!

Get to the beach
Because Zoom is based in the Cloud, you can access it through the internet from anywhere. This means even at the beach you can be working with your
systems as though you are sitting at your desk – especially during the important times like invoicing and paying the troops!

Control your costs
Zoom is a flat fee per user per month fee and includes all the support you need. This means each month your costs are predictable and puts you in control.
You can also add or subtract users each month as your business changes without any extra outlay or penalty

No more backups or tape changes occupying your team, and even the office fiddler who was always playing with the server will no longer be distracted.
The ZOOM server platform is fully backed up with offsite secure storage. All the support you will ever need is included in the price and we take care of all the techie bits.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q Why should I consider Zoom?
A You probably at this moment have one or two servers. One a mail server and the other a terminal server. These servers need constant maintenance and upgrading. They have a lifespan and will one day need replacing. Zoom removes the need to spend capital on replacement equipment and maintenance.
Q Can we run our current Accounting and Payroll software on Zoom?
A Yes you can, however it must be legal and we would want to test the software on the ZOOM platform before signing off. ZOOM Currently supports a number of commonly available applications , so it is likely your software is already supported.
Q Do I need to pay for new versions of software?
A Yes and No. For Microsoft you get access to all the latest versions when they become available with no capital outlay. For customer specific software (like accounting software), it is down to your agreement with that vendor.
Q Can we control who users what software?
A Absolutely. You can control user access to all parts of the system
Q Can we share files and folders?
A This is one of the great advantages of Zoom. You can setup folder structure and permissions for users. It is very easy to share files and folders and move large files throughout the company.
Q How many users can we have using Zoom at anyone time?
A As many as you can afford. Number of users is not a problem and performance is not affected.
Q Do we need to back up?
A No. All data is backed up by us and stored offsite. You no longer have to worry about disaster recovery.
Q Is it expensive?
A No not compared to owning and maintaining your own servers. You pay a flat monthly user fee and this can be added to or reduced at anytime. You can share logins to reduce the cost. However only one person can login using the same user ID at any one time.
Q Can I try before I Buy?
A Absolutely. One of the greatest aspects of ZOOM is it already exists. No longer do you have to take the word of a salesman telling you to trust them, you can give ZOOM a go for yourself to see firsthand how it will work for your business. This takes all the risk out of making buying decisions that in the past were often leaps of faith.
Q How quickly can we setup a Zoom account?
A This depends on what software you want to use and what data you may want to migrate onto Zoom. To switch it on and give a user ID can be setup very quickly once the paperwork is completed. Migrating data can take a little longer depending on the complexities of the software.
Q Do you guarantee the service?
A We have developed our Zoom platform using industry standard software and configurations, but as much as we may hope to never let you down, no-one can guarantee that something might not take the system down at some point. However we would do everything in our power to establish the service as quickly as possible. Your Internet connection is more likely to let you down and that is why we would recommend you be connected to Fibre.
